1. Application
Finding your perfect fit
Once you find a role that matches your interests, apply directly via our career site or via the method listed in the job ad. It only takes a few minutes. You’ll receive a confirmation after submitting your application.
2. Screening
We review your profile
Our recruiting team will check your application and might contact you for a quick chat. If you’re a good fit, they will send your application on to colleagues in the department that you are applying to. They will review if your skills match the job.
3. Interview(s)
Let’s get to know each other
If it’s a good match, we’ll invite you to one or more interviews, online or in person. This is your chance to learn more about the role and TKE, ask questions, and see if we’re the right fit for each other. The meeting will end with an explanation of the next steps.
4. Decision
Choosing each other
Great journeys start when two paths align. After our conversations, we’ll connect to share feedback and explore what comes next. If we’re excited about building the future together, we’ll move ahead with an offer. And if our paths don’t align this time, we’ll communicate openly, because every step deserves clarity.
