  1. Lawfulness of Processing.

The law establishes that we may store cookies on your device if they are strictly necessary for the operation of this website. For all other types of cookies, we require your consent.

  1. Types and Purposes of Cookies.

We distinguish between several types of cookies:

  • According to their duration:
    • Session cookies: temporary cookie files that are automatically deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies are cookie files that are stored until they are actively deleted or automatically deleted after a certain period of time.
    • According to the entity that manages them:
      • First-party cookies: cookies created or managed by the website owner, in this case, TKE.
      • Third-party cookies: cookies sent to the user’s device from a device or domain that is not managed by the website owner, but by another entity that processes data obtained through cookies.
    • According to the purpose of processing:
      • Necessary (technical) cookies: cookies that allow the user to browse the website and use the different options or services available on it. The website cannot function properly without these cookies.
      • Preference and/or personalization cookies: cookies that allow the user to access the service with certain predefined general characteristics based on criteria on the user’s device (e.g., language, browser type, regional settings). We use these cookies to improve usability and offer a personalized experience.
      • Statistical cookies: cookies used to understand how visitors interact with websites.
      • Behavioral advertising cookies (marketing): cookies that store information about users’ behavior obtained through continuous observation of their browsing habits. The aim is to display advertising that is relevant and attractive to the individual user and therefore more valuable to publishers and third-party advertisers.

The specific purpose of each cookie used on our website can be found in the Cookie Declaration.

  1. Google Analytics.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). The information generated by cookies about your use of this website is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. This is done anonymously. Your IP address is anonymized on the web server before being transmitted to Google. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and anonymized there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The anonymized IP address provided by Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google.

You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly. You can also prevent data collection by Google Analytics by clicking the following link, which will install an opt-out cookie to prevent future data collection when visiting this website:

For more information about the Terms of Use and Privacy, please visit https://policies.google.com.

Please note that Google Analytics on this website has been extended with the “anonymizeIp” code to ensure anonymous collection of IP addresses (IP masking).

  1. Embedded Videos and YouTube Cookies.

When we embed videos on our website, we often use services provided by YouTube, as there are few alternative options available for similar services. In these cases, before playing the video, we will inform you about the use of an embedded YouTube video.

When playing an embedded YouTube video, cookies identified as #CONSENT in our cookie declaration are used to track viewing statistics and assign a unique identifier to the device on which the video is viewed, allowing YouTube to recognize the device. This data is sent to Google, and TKE has no control over it. Google may use this data to display relevant advertising on other YouTube videos. However, TKE does not allow advertising on its own YouTube videos.

These types of cookies are usually transmitted to YouTube (Google) servers located in the USA, and the transfer of this information outside Europe will only take place with your consent. In practice, this means that we cannot avoid the use of such cookies, but we also cannot play the video without your consent.

Therefore, with the information provided in this Cookies Policy together with the information presented when displaying the embedded video, if you decide to watch the video by clicking “here,” we will interpret that action as your consent. We have chosen to collect consent in this way in order to offer standard services on our pages without compromising your data protection rights.

  1. Meta Pixel

This website uses Meta Pixel, a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc. (hereinafter, Meta), for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns published on Instagram.

Meta Pixel is only activated if the user has previously given consent via the cookie banner. If you do not accept these cookies, Meta Pixel will not be loaded and no information will be collected.

If consent is given, Meta Pixel is used solely to trigger the following standard events:

  • PageView: when a user accesses this website from an advertisement.
  • CompleteRegistration: when a user clicks the SUBMIT button after completing the application form.

Through these events, TKE only obtains statistical and aggregated information on campaign effectiveness, such as how many people access the page from an advertisement and how many complete the form submission process.

The configuration of Meta Pixel on this website has been expressly limited to these events, meaning that no data entered into the form or information about its content is transmitted to Meta.

Meta acts as an independent data controller with respect to the data collected through cookies and technologies associated with Meta Pixel and will process this information for its own purposes, which differ from those pursued by TKE. As described in its privacy policy, these purposes may include measuring campaign performance, improving its products and services, and advertising purposes.

The legal basis for the activation of Meta Pixel and the transfer of data to Meta is the user’s consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. This processing may involve transfers of personal data to third countries, in particular to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States. For more information on how Meta processes personal data, please refer to its privacy policy at:
